Our Approach

Our mode of operations is to identify and locate children who are of school age but not in school due to financial constraints on the part of their parent or guardian or those who may not have parent or guardian to sponsor them. Confirm the genuineness of their case and offer them scholarship to continue their education in government owned public schools. Hence, we have created three different programs under which we carry out our operations as follows:

Our Key Focus Areas

Eyes to the Blind Program (EBP)

Everyone that is not educated is considered blind and giving them access to education is what opens their eyes to the good things of life and bring the hope back their life. This program is our education for the less privilege and down trodden children. It is basically provision of scholarship to those children who are of school age but could afford the fees. The program will see us pay their fees through school and provide books for them. The program covers from primary to university education.

Back to School Program (BSP)

Our BSP program is to restore hope to students who dropped out of school due to financial challenges. This program seeks to ensure that no child is denied access to quality education on the account of lack of finance. Hence children who are taken under this program will have the school fees and other related expenses paid for by the foundation for them to return to school and complete their studies. We will then continue to pay their way through school until they have their first degree regardless of their level of education when we picked them.

Feet to the Lame Program (FLP)

Our FLP program seek to provide food for the hungry. Every lame person is limited and may not be able to fend for himself and hence will require help to survive. This program is to in addition to providing education (light) to children who are unable to afford it also provides food for those who can’t also feed themselves. Hence children who are taken under this program will in addition to the scholarship they enjoy for their education also have some forms of feeding provided for them either by way of allowance or by provision of actual meal directly to the children. The method to adopt will depend on the particular situation of the child in question and hence will vary from children to children.

Home for the Homeless Program (HHP)

This third program seek to provide accommodation for children of school age who could not afford a home nor go to school. Hence this program is an extension of the first one and offers both the scholarship to see the children through school and accommodation for them while they are in school. It will also take care of all other associated personal needs of the children that are being accommodated. Such needs include feeding, clothing and other basic needs while under the shelter of the foundation. The children in this foundation home are then brought up to a high educational, moral, physical and spiritual standard in other to turn them to giants in their chosen career or life endeavor. They are groomed to become like the mighty men of David recorded in 2 Samuel 23:8
