Omolara Ayoola Alabi holds a first degree in English Language from the University of Ife (1986) Ife, Nigeria and MA in Administration and planning, with over 20 years in Management and Human resources planning at senior management level.

A seasoned administrator and leader, whose management career dates back to over two decades, Omolara Alabi is well grounded in every facet of training, Human resources and consultancy. She has organized series of training within and outside Nigeria.

Omolara Alabi is reputed for her versatility and deep knowledge in Human Management and training. She has attended many national and international seminars (some of which she was a speaker).
